Ummm... is that a Transformers party hat? Deja is a GIRL!!! Tevs should have gotten her a Disney Princesses hat or something.
PS- I'm way impressed that she wore a hat and could sit next to her cake so calmly. Pepper would have been jumping out of his skin if I'd made him sit next to his b-day treat for a picture.
