Re-Finishing End Tables

I didn't want to post these pictures until the job was done, but it is taking longer than planned so I figured I should share "Part 1"!

Remember these? I got them in North Carolina this summer. (click here if you need a reminder)

And one day in Sept my Dad and I started tackling them!

Here are our supplies:

A little noodle came over to help us:

Step One-Sand off old finish:

My dad does a better job, but I tried a little!

A trip to Home Depot to pick the color...It was hard, there were SO many!

I went with "English Chestnut"

And remember the Wagon Wheel?

It is G-O-N-E!

Stay tuned for Part 2! I know I am since I really want them in my house!

For tips on re-finishing furniture check out this blog! It is on my blog list or you can use this link.

She explains what she does and what she uses which is nice.
