So Sorry....

....it has been so long since I posted! My power cord broke and my laptop is just sitting there powerless and unloved! I should be getting a new power cord today! Keeping my fingers crossed that Batteries Plus won't be dissapointing me again! (at this rate I should have just ordered one from Dell!)

    I represent Batteries Plus. I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. I'd like to know more about what happened to you and see if there is anything we can do to avoid disappointing you again.

    1: Could you email me to let me know if you visited a store, if so which one (city,state) or if you tried to purchase a product online.
    2: What is the model of your Dell laptop? so I can find out which product is causing this problem.

    Finally, if your disappointment doesn't revolve around a product but around your overall experience at one of our store or online, please, let me know. I will make sure that your comments are heard.

    batteries plus, i don't hate you, you just didn't have what i needed in stock!
