Nicole and Matt's Wedding

One of my best friends Nicole got married to the love of her life Matt. It was a GREAT wedding!
The Church was in Hoboken and the reception was in Madison.
The Beautiful Bride:
Her nephew, niece and godson:

Nicole and her Dad:

You may now kiss the bride:

Look how HAPPY!

Now let the Party Begin!
First Dance:

A table the way it should be at a wedding-Empty since everyone is busy dancing!

Instead of a guest book they had everyone sign what will be the lid to a hope chest:

The table numbers were after Yankees and Giants players:

The flowers were gorgeous, I wish my pictures came out better!

Leaving the church there was birdseed and look at the cute sticker! Their last name is Beeney.

And a play on Mr. and Mrs. Beeney for the favors too! So Cute!

Congrats Nicole and Matt!
I wish you guys a lifetime filled of health and happiness!

Re-Finishing End Tables

I didn't want to post these pictures until the job was done, but it is taking longer than planned so I figured I should share "Part 1"!

Remember these? I got them in North Carolina this summer. (click here if you need a reminder)

And one day in Sept my Dad and I started tackling them!

Here are our supplies:

A little noodle came over to help us:

Step One-Sand off old finish:

My dad does a better job, but I tried a little!

A trip to Home Depot to pick the color...It was hard, there were SO many!

I went with "English Chestnut"

And remember the Wagon Wheel?

It is G-O-N-E!

Stay tuned for Part 2! I know I am since I really want them in my house!

For tips on re-finishing furniture check out this blog! It is on my blog list or you can use this link.

She explains what she does and what she uses which is nice.

"Please Excuse our Appearance"

So please excuse the wide blog with random sized pictures. My brother helped me figure out how to get the pictures bigger, but I think they are too big! haha I need a size in between the big and little ones. I think I need to upload to another site and link the pictures in (???) but don't have time to dive into figuring that out for a week or so.
: )

Fall Flowers

I snapped a few pictures of the flowers that lasted it into the fall.
Please enjoy this last bit of green! : )

Pumpkins and Gourds

Last month I headed to a local farm stand to get some shots of all the fun pumpkins and gourds! Enjoy!

Halloween Cards

So I know most of you saw these since you received them, but I still wanted to share my Halloween cards with you.

I printed out skeletons and skulls, got some Halloween stamps and some Halloween paper:

I made a few versions:

I inked up my skull stamp for the envelopes:

And I busted out some confetti:

I stamped the envelopes and portioned out the confetti:

Now all I had to do was put the confetti in and mail them out! Happy Halloween!
