Summer Vacation 09-Traveling Ladies

So Erika and I took a trip down the beautiful beaches of North Carolina this year. We made it through several states and finally made it into North Carolina....also known as the "South".

sadly I wasn't quick on the draw for highway photos, but here are some others to enjoy....




One night i heard a real 'YE-HAW" and you were allowed to smoke in the bars!!! and the toliets
Got to love it! (and no marks on the floor where dividers might have been in the past..weird...)

BUT it was well worth the culture shock for this......

    Did everyone wear sheets around at night too? Did you see anyone carrying guns around out in the open and firing them into the ground like Yosemite Sam? One day I want to go to this "south" and see how wild and uncultured life is outside of new jersey.
